One-to-one outplacement support - at a place to suit you

Personal support provided by a professional consultant on a one to one basis to help build confidence, identify strengths, overcome perceived weaknesses, and develop personal presentation skills   

This service is ideal where only one or two people are affected by organizational change.  Communicating by personal visit, phone and email allows us to provide a private and confidential a la carte outplacement service at any location at a cost effective price

The format is flexible and typically might comprise: 

·          Two or three email or face to face meetings with a personal consultant

·          Career review, behavioural profiling, making career choices

·          Gaining a sense of purpose and vision – and a plan of action

·          Identifying transferable skills and marketable competencies

·          Recognising a working environment that suits you best

·          The art of networking

·          Job search - agencies, Internet, advertised and unadvertised jobs

·          Writing a Perfect CV / Resume and letters of application

·          Competency-based confidence building interview preparation 

·          Evaluating job offers and guidance in negotiating benefits packages

·          Ongoing distance support for up to three months by phone and email

Group outplacement workshops

Designed for executives and senior management, the executive outplacement programme is flexible - personally tailored to meet each client´s needs
