As part of her MBA, Helga produced a 15,000 word dissertation entitled, "The extent to which Outplacement providers meet the needs of people managing or experiencing redundancy." Totally committed to assisting individuals realise their goals, Helga has managed career outplacement centres, and provided job-search coaching, careers counselling and CV Resume services to many hundreds of people effected by redundancy.
