Law - Lawyers and Solicitors advise, brief and act upon an extensive range of legal matters. Barristers specialise in various areas of law, i.e. criminal, commercial, family law, and present cases in court on behalf of solicitors
Qualifications: A degree of any discipline is acceptable on completion of a conversion course, the Common Professional Exam. Barristers are required to do a Bar vocational course and spend a year doing a pupilage within chambers.
